Please submit all of the appropriate information and pictures when submitting an “ACC Request” located under Account Info -> ACC Request
MAINTENANCE REQUEST
Maintenance Requests can be filed and tracked directly on your portal. Located under the “Account Information” drop down menu, it is titled “Work Orders”. You can also call (727) 209-7030 as this is the direct maintenance line for all request including emergencies.
DOCUMENTS AND CONDO FORMS
All condo-related documents can be found located on the portal. Click the drop down for “Community Information” and they will be located in “Documents”.
